Our process
A clear path from inquiry to delivery.
Buying internationally should feel structured, not stressful. Here's exactly what happens at each step, and what you receive from us along the way.
01
Discovery call
We learn what you need: make, model, year range, intended use and budget. We tell you upfront what's realistic at North American auctions and what the all-in cost will look like.
You receive
- Brief confirmed
- Indicative budget
- Realistic timeline
02
Auction search
Our team scans upcoming IAAI and Copart lots that match your brief. You get a curated shortlist (not a dump of every car in the country) with photos, history and our notes.
You receive
- Shortlist of lots
- Carfax / AutoCheck reports
- Repair estimates if salvage
03
Inspection
Before you commit, our agents on the ground inspect the vehicle in person where possible: photos beyond the auction listing, run-and-drive verification and honest condition notes.
You receive
- Independent photo report
- Condition notes
- Go / no-go recommendation
04
Bid & purchase
We register and bid on your behalf, set a maximum, and handle the auction fees and title transfer the moment a bid wins. You see every cost in writing.
You receive
- Winning bid confirmation
- Title in transit
- Itemized invoice
05
Ship & deliver
Yard pickup, short-term storage, container loading or RoRo shipping, bill of lading and port clearance support in Ghana. We hand your car over ready to drive.
You receive
- Bill of lading
- Tracking updates
- Port pickup support
